1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pppjl ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the pppjl online casino platform, website located at pppjl.net, and all associated services, games, features, and content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

Your access to and use of the pppjl Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and others who access or use the pppjl Service.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the pppjl platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9287 and PAGCOR licensing requirements applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

pppjl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the player cannot satisfactorily verify that they meet the minimum age requirement. Any winnings accumulated on an underage account may be forfeited in full.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The pppjl platform is intended primarily for players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing the Service. pppjl makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on pppjl:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of pppjl and its affiliated companies.
• Immediate family members of pppjl employees residing in the same household.
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded through the pppjl Responsible Gaming tools.

• Persons accessing the Service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of pppjl services — including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money gameplay — you must register a verified account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within the Philippines, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pppjl. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. pppjl employs automated and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be immediately suspended.
• Bonuses credited to any duplicate account will be forfeited.
• Winnings generated using bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be voided.
• The primary account may also be subject to review and possible suspension.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, pppjl requires all players to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted identification documents include any valid Philippine government-issued ID such as:

• Philippine Passport
• SSS / GSIS ID
• PhilHealth ID
• Driver's License issued by LTO
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Voter's ID issued by COMELEC

pppjl may request additional documentation — including proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your Philippine residential address) or source-of-funds documentation — where required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations or at the Company's reasonable discretion.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information on your pppjl account remains accurate and up to date. To update your account details, contact pppjl support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pppjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify pppjl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. pppjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any transactions completed on your account before pppjl is notified of a security breach will be treated as authorized unless proven otherwise.

4.3 pppjl Security Practices

pppjl will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full 2FA code via any channel — including email, live chat, telephone, or SMS. Any communication claiming to be from pppjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pppjl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits:

• GCash — minimum deposit ₱10; withdrawals typically processed within 10 minutes.
• PayMaya — standard processing times apply.
• BDO Online Banking — bank transfer times apply.
• BPI Online Banking — bank transfer times apply.

5.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account does not match the name on your pppjl account — are not permitted. pppjl reserves the right to reverse such deposits and suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your pppjl wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pppjl does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which pppjl accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your pppjl account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name, matching your verified pppjl account identity.
3. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
4. pppjl reserves the right to apply a processing review period of up to 48 hours for first-time or large withdrawals.
5. pppjl may request additional documentation to comply with AMLA obligations before releasing withdrawal funds.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the pppjl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). pppjl does not currently accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pppjl may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your pppjl account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details at the time the offer is presented.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pppjl strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk or mathematically exploit strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk to deposited funds.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures.
• Using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling activity.

Where pppjl determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or permanently close the relevant pppjl account.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from your pppjl account balance without prior notice. pppjl is under no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the pppjl platform — including live Sic Bo, baccarat, JILI slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds that have been independently verified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or any other technical error that affects a game session on pppjl, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the player's account. pppjl will not be liable for any winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred. The principle "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies across all games on the pppjl platform.

7.3 Errors and Omissions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed, typographical errors in game descriptions, or system errors resulting in odds or payouts that are clearly incorrect — pppjl reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and refund the staked amount. Winnings resulting from a manifest error will not be paid.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on pppjl are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the case of sports betting, pppjl reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including bets from accounts identified as sharp or professional betting accounts.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of the pppjl platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the pppjl platform without prior written authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to pppjl's software, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA) or PAGCOR regulations.
• Colluding with other players, pppjl employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotional offer.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your pppjl account.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after placing legitimate wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pppjl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the pppjl platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your pppjl account.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your pppjl account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) when you need a break.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Suspension by pppjl

pppjl reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your account at any time and without prior notice if the Company reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or prohibited activity.
• Regulatory requirements or PAGCOR directives require the Company to take such action.
• There is a security concern related to your account or the platform generally.

10.2 Termination by pppjl

pppjl may permanently close your account upon written notice (via the registered email address on your pppjl account) if you have materially breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, or if PAGCOR directs the Company to do so. Upon termination for cause, pppjl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

10.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your pppjl account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before closure can be completed. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pppjl platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, images, audio, video, and the pppjl brand name and trademark — is the exclusive property of pppjl or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pppjl platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the pppjl platform without the prior written consent of the Company.

Any unauthorized use of pppjl's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pppjl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the pppjl platform, even if pppjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pppjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pppjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits pppjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the pppjl platform is also governed by pppjl's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how pppjl collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

By using the pppjl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pppjl will not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by PAGCOR regulations, AMLA obligations, or applicable Philippine law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the pppjl Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pppjl support in writing to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pppjl will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints and disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If a complaint relates to a matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, it may also be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pppjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pppjl will provide notice to registered players via the email address on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the pppjl platform at the time of login. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the revision.

Your continued use of the pppjl platform after any revision to these Terms becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 above.
